Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the web or mobile app and tap "Delete my account." This permanently removes your profile, workouts, and health connection data.

How does Apple Health sync work?

On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple Health → Connect Apple Health, then tap Sync now. Zone Two reads workouts and heart rate from the last 30 days (or since your last sync) to estimate Zone 2 minutes. Sync is manual — tap Sync now whenever you want to import new workouts. Apple Health requires a development or production build; it does not work in Expo Go.

How is Zone 2 calculated?

By default we use 60–70% of your max heart rate. Update max HR in Settings and the range adjusts automatically. For imported workouts, we count minutes where average heart rate during the session falls within your Zone 2 range.
